Prompt Recreated prompt

The source did not publish its exact prompt. This one is our reconstruction from what the source describes.

Not sure how to start? Tell me what you're trying to get done and I'll help you turn it into a clear request.

Goal: Tell the German broadcasting fee office (GEZ) that I'm moving, with my old and new address.

Quick check first: When is the move date?

What I need from you:
- Your old address and new address
- Your move date

Rules:
- Go to the official GEZ website and find the right form or contact form for a change of address.
- Write a short, clear message with my old and new address.
- If something is missing or unclear, ask me instead of guessing.
- If a captcha appears, pause and let me solve it.
- Stop before the final submit so I can check everything.

Output: The completed form or message, ready for me to confirm.

If any of this is unclear, tell me what you have and I'll help fill the gaps.

You'll know it worked when: the office has your new address and you only had to click submit.

You can also ask me to: do the same address change for other institutions.
